Joy Box
The idea for Joy Boxes was born from a Mama's simple desire: to keep Denison students connected to the love and warmth of home. In 2024, we sent our firstborn away to college. As happy as we were for him, we never realized how hard it would be on us. We quickly realized the need to connect outside of texts, phone calls, and shipping groceries online. So many times I wished we could send something personal and meaningful, delivered straight to the dorm! So came the idea for JOY BOX!
In the fall of 2026, our baby set out on her own college adventure. Mama (Liz) and Mimi (Mary) began an adventure of our own and made the idea for creating boxes of joy to share with students in our hometown into a reality. We are so excited to hand-deliver joy to your student as they adjust to college-living, celebrate milestones, and sometimes just need a little reminder of home to get through the week.
